He is a very nice person to be around, and he made us feel comfortable throughout the process. There was no pressure and he was willing to give a rough idea of prices before coming out to our house, which we appreciated. He ended up giving us a really good deal too. When the team came to install the window and doors, they were very efficient and respectful of our house. He paid attention to small details, like levelling the doorframe to accommodate our un-level wall, and fixing some of the flashing to make the final result look better.
